At Eliya Store, every frame is customized with your personal photos, names, dates and design details. Because each order is specially made for you, we do not offer returns or refunds after the order is confirmed.

Custom Orders:
Customized frames cannot be returned or refunded once the design and order details are confirmed by the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your frame arrives damaged, broken, or if there is a mistake from our side, we will provide a replacement.

Complaint Time:
Please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the damaged or wrong item.

Replacement Process:
After checking the issue, our team will guide you and arrange a replacement if the claim is valid.
